Simple and innovative

The bank is extremely innovative. For example as premium customer at a high street bank it’s such a hassle if I forget my password, whereas the video recognition with Starling makes it so much more efficient and user friendly. Spaces where I can separate my funds with out having to open up multiple savings accounts is game changing. The app is extremely user friendly, and intuitive as I am always able to complete my task from integrating third party accounts such as pension to applying for a bank account in the first instance. New customer, but all great so far

Having been a customer of one of the large High St Banja fire almost 40 years, in fed up with being no more than a number, so decided to open a Startling account. So easy and straightforward, so I shall be transferring my account to them shortly. It's convenient, great rates on foreign currency, and I know immediately a transacting has taken place.
