Free international use

I was looking for a bank that let me use my debit card any where in the world without worrying about foreign transaction fee or commission. It provides me exactly that. Thanks Starling. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

It is the best bank for an ordinary person

Really enjoy being a Starling bank customer. It provides all services what others do, but does not charge ridiculous fees. It is so easy to travel, send money abroad and just do a regular shopping. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Just easy

Very easy to use and benefits traditional banks don’t offer. No charges when paying abroad and a good exchange rate is great plus interest on your credit balance, just how a bank should be. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019

Very easy and helpful

Why I like Starling

Open Account: Easy To retrieve forgotten password via customer service: friendly and helpful. App issue resolved using two different phones but same account: Customer service was again very helpful. Understanding and using App: Easy. Transfer money: Easy STARLING Bank makes it easy for me to work with my money. Absolutely outstanding! Dead easy to open an account not even leaving your home (all you need is a form if id and a smartphone) , also if you often travel to abroad and spend/withdraw money there, no fees whatsoever! These guys make ordinary banks look obsolete. Well done. Reviewed on: 9th February 2019
