Fantastic, modern, easy

Sets a new standard for customer service. Never had any problems with them and everything has been resolved the day I've raised it with customer service. The instant feedback from the app and the ease of using the card abroad sets Starling apart from other banks. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Easy to use , great service

Whilst holidaying in India I was unable to use an atm. I emailed Statling and received an immediate reply - I had stupidly not activated the card properly but they were too nice to tell me in those words!! Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

Great startup bank
