Great Customer Service!

On one occasion I needed to speak to customer services. Whilst I didn't speak to anyone, I did use the online chat. My issue was resolved (to my satisfaction) there and then! I can't find fault with Starling Bank, however, I would like access to cashpoints other than the Post Office. Love the Spaces options! Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Managing my account using the Starling app is smooth...

Managing my account using the Starling app is smooth and efficient. I get timely notifications of activity on my account as well as alerts for upcoming regular payments. I could be tempted with a premium account if they offered it, but as a no-nonsense, reliable, simple bank account, it's great. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

Show 'saving space' spend in 'spending' tab breakdown

I love using your saving spaces, this has been a revolution for my budgeting. The only thing that doesn't work for me on this is that the money directly spent from spaces doesn't show up on the spending tab breakdown. I look at this for my monthly spend and then have to manually factor in anything spent from the saving spaces. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
