Initial hat with Staysure, poor customer service

Great

I am happy to recommend stay sure as a great insurance provider. I was actually given advice on this company through TUI as another member was using them to go on their own holiday. This was the first company I came across that made me feel confident in knowing I have the Covid cover in place by adding the additional cover. It was easy and straight forward and at a reasonable price given everything that’s gone on. I found that other companies wasn’t as straightforward with what was covered with Covid and this website and process explained it clearly. Thank you Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
