Excellent cover and easy to arrange

This cover was easy to set up online allowing me to add the extras I wanted like cruise cover and cover for trips lasting up to 100 days. Very competitively priced and 15 months for the price of 12 months was an unexpected bonus. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

Quick and easy

Took out our annual travel insurance and found the whole experience much easier on line even with declaring pre-existing health condition to declare. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021

Rip off

I phoned within 24 hours of taking out the policy online to cancel due to corona virus. It took over an hour to get through.They gave me a choice of losing almost the entire cost of my premium or carry it over to my next holiday as long as that was within 2 years. Apparently it's all in the small print on about page 29 of the policy! I'm high risk for Covid & couldn't afford to be either stuck abroad isolating if I caught it or to have the time off work after I return. So no holidays for me for a while. So either way I lose. I wouldn't use them again and if there was an option I'd give zero stars for customer service. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
