An advisor sorted out my payment plan to be affordable and soon the frightening letters and phone calls stopped . Turned my life around

I was in a very difficult position and very stressed, I dreaded the postman arriving. Through no fault of my own, circumstances had left me struggling with repayments. Step change changed all this for me, I’ve nearly paid off all my debts, thanks to their easy to managed repayment scheme. Life saver

Getting support and advice at a difficult time with my mental health whilst having money worries probably saved my life. Speaking to that person on the other end of the phone and getting the practical support and advice I needed was such a relief. Ongoing support has been excellent too. I wish I’d done it sooner. Great Help

My debt was causing me sleepless nights. A heart to heart with my bank manager led to fantastic advice. He advised me to contact StepChange. They have been fantastic and helped me organise a repayment scheme with my creditors which both I could afford and my creditors accepted. Can't praise or thank them enough.
