It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Forever Grateful

So grateful, the support from the team was incredible, no judgements just support. Help every step of the way, initial phone call, to help sorting creditors and debt managing plan, along with reviews and additional questions throughout my experience most importantly not being fightened every time the post came or the door knocking and eventually being able to sleep knowing everything was in hanc..
