Help when needed

After being left in debt from a ex partner I had no where to turn , full of worry and anxiety I turned to step change I wasn’t judged I was understood and supported and advised correctly , without step change and the advisers help I very much doubt I would be here today I can not thank step change enough for supporting and guiding me through the worse period of my life I will be forever grateful . Helping me sort my finances.

I had to finish work due to a disability and as a result I ended up running up considerable debts. Stepchange has helped me to manage my debts without getting further into debt or facing the prospect of losing my home. They have in truth probably saved my life as I suffered severe depression about the debt before hearing about Stepchange and I don't know what I would have done had it not been for them. Fantastic service

It took a lot to make the call in 2015 but the time Stepchange took in organising my £53k debt into a manageable plan has been such a relief. Great advice & support

Provide a great deal of advice & support throughout debt management plan. Never judge or criticize you for getting into debt. Very understanding & helpful when circumstances change. Provide a very fair yearly review to make sure you are only paying what you can afford. Feel happy again
