The best help you can get

Obviousley, If you need the help of Stepchange then you are not in the best of situations but they made everything so easy, no judgement so offered genuine help. Im nearly at the end of my plan now and it has been taken so much stress and pressure away. I would totally recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

Out of survival mode

Help when needed, from Day 1 onwards.

They have been very helpful from Day 1, particularly in providing direct advice on doing things like annual reviews, which can be a bit complex, and in handling notification of changes in the companies that are handling your debts.
