Non-judgmental, kind and skilled

Hi, I've been with Stepchange for over five years now and have always had a positive and uplifting experience. My anxieties and fear from the start were allayed by the staff and I felt like a huge burden had been lifted from my shoulders. There WAS a way out of debt. I could barely believe it. Although I have quite a long way to go, and I have had to take a holiday due to Coronavirus, I still feel I am on track. I will always be so grateful to Stepchange for how they have helped me to get myself into a better place. I have recommended them to lots of people, including nationwide on the You and Yours programme on Radio 4 where I was interviewed about debt. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you. Relaxing and supportive.

I’ve had a serious problem speaking to my creditors regarding my payments. I spoke to Step Change and my thoughts were seriously eased immediately. I have found Step Change to be very professional and easy to talk too about my finances. I’ve been paying these for the past 10 years and each time I’ve had an annual review they are extremely obliging and supportive in anything I’ve asked them. I pray I will win the lottery to pay all my debts off and I would treat Step Change to something nice if I was fortunate. Bear in mind this is what got me in the position in the first place.
