It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange are your way out of debt

I was concerned about contacting anyone about my debt let alone speaking to anyone. But with stepchange I didn't need to worry about any conversations with people as it was easy to speak to them and complete all the relevant information via email. And since that point I have not looked back. I feel better about my future and becoming debt free because of stepchange. If you had that fear I did, well don't.
