Great, helpfully service

Really helpfull and knowledgeable people. The advisor gave me advise and guided me through the whole process to set up my debt management plan. Now, I don't wake up during the night worrying because I know my financial situation getting and my debt is reducing. Reviewed on: 7th June 2025

Debt plan gave me the courage to carry on

Stepchange don't charge fees

I used to pay my debts through a different agency but realised I was paying a 33% fee out of my monthly payment, so my debts weren't lowering. I'm so glad I then found Stepchange as they don't charge any fees and I'm finally almost debt free thanks to that and them. Reviewed on: 21st June 2021

Help when needed

Excellent service

The help and direction I needed.

Without Step Change, I have no idea where I would be right now. The help and advice I received was exactly what I needed, they understood all my problems and where they had come from. Everybody I talked to were understanding and compassionate with sound advice and also the easiest people to talk about not only my financial issues but how it was affecting me and my family too. If anyone I know is ever in any financial trouble or just wants a bit of advice I would definitely recommend speaking to the people at Step Change. Thank you for all your help, MB. Very sympathetic, kind and professional.

All the Step Change Staff were amazing and helpful. Never left to hang on the phone for too long, they always knew the answers to questions asked.
