Understanding

Everytime I have spoken to a stepchange employee I have been given time, patiance and understanding - to them i am not just a number but an actual person. Most debt management companies are only in business to make money from those who are struggling most financially. It is like they prey on the poor of this world just to make money. Step change are completely different because they actually care about your debt situation and want to help you become debt free because they don’t charge you a penny.
