Help when needed

Don't know what I would have done without these people, I was not sleeping due to debts my husband had run up, other firms wanted a percentage of the fee paid every month but Step Change take nothing, solid with advice & options, cannot praise them enough. Great customer service you are kept up to date via emails. Stepchange has changed my life I am not worried about money problems anymore and I will never get credit cards again

Confidential, helpful, efficient

I have had a debt management plan with step change for over a year now. From day 1 they have been great. Everything with them is super confidential and each time I have contacted them they have been so helpful and efficient. They send emails every couple of weeks with frequently asked questions and they are always so clear and full of great advice.
