Non-judgmental, kind and skilled

Hi, I've been with Stepchange for over five years now and have always had a positive and uplifting experience. My anxieties and fear from the start were allayed by the staff and I felt like a huge burden had been lifted from my shoulders. There WAS a way out of debt. I could barely believe it. Although I have quite a long way to go, and I have had to take a holiday due to Coronavirus, I still feel I am on track.
