A friend told me about step change I was so worried about my dept paying out more than I could I wouldn't no what I would of done without there help its Excellent service allows me to carry on without that worry . Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Relaxing and supportive.

I’ve had a serious problem speaking to my creditors regarding my payments. I spoke to Step Change and my thoughts were seriously eased immediately. I have found Step Change to be very professional and easy to talk too about my finances. I’ve been paying these for the past 10 years and each time I’ve had an annual review they are extremely obliging and supportive in anything I’ve asked them. I pray I will win the lottery to pay all my debts off and I would treat Step Change to something nice if I was fortunate. Bear in mind this is what got me in the position in the first place. Amazing Company with lovely people that changed my life for the better

Due to unfortunate circumstances I could only pay minimum amounts on the credit cards and store cards that I had and the balance on each card was not reducing . I could not see a way out of my situation and the worry and stress was making me so ill. Then a friend who I had confided in told me to contact Stepchange. I did and it changed my life.
