Great, helpfully service

Really helpfull and knowledgeable people. The advisor gave me advise and guided me through the whole process to set up my debt management plan. Now, I don't wake up during the night worrying because I know my financial situation getting and my debt is reducing. Reviewed on: 7th June 2025

Don't hesitate just do it

For years I have been useless with money and always chasing my tail to pay bills. Since I have been with Step Change my life is so much easier. All phone calls and letters from companies I was struggling to pay, have stopped. No interest added to my debts. Finally by December 2021 I will be debt free, and as I can see the end of the tunnel getting closer, the relief is amazing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have no problem with recommendation of the service they provide, please be aware that help is available and there is no shame in asking for help, its the first step to a worry free life. Wits End!

Helpful, understanding and knowledgeable

During a low point in my life step change helped me to put things into perspective and enables me to manage my debts. My health had stopped me from working and the stress and worry was impacting me too. Initially went On line and then spoke to an adviser who really understood my situation. After putting the DMP in place I was able to see a way forward. Since then I have done a couple of reviews and remain on track and able to better manage my debts and stress. Helped our Mental Health

Step Change helped us manage our debts which aren't huge debts, but still owing money is a worry to us, and we can now pay for the house costs we live in without worrying we will be homeless. I am with Money & Mental Health, Martin Lewis from television part of this, i have told them through research they do which I take part in regularly, how Step Change help us manage our debts for peace of mind, as I am a long term sufferer of poor mental health.
