Fantastic help

Was very stressed and worried during an awful period of my life. Many personal circumstances had led to me sinking deeper onto debt. The service provided by Stepchange lifted that huge financial burden. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was empathetic and knowledgeable. It has transformed my life to have this worry lifted. I was sinking deeper into debt with every month that passed.I thought I would l end up losing my home as could see no way out. They sorted everything out to an affordable level where I'm now managing to save a bit which will help me greatly in the future as well as right now. Stepchange change your life.

Cannot praise them highly enough. They do not judge you at all just help you. Its like a huge mountain has been lifted off your shoulders. My husband, a fit and healthy man, was diagnosed with cancer and unable to work. We used all our savings and didnt know where to turn next. Stepchange deserve any award going. I wish I'd called earlier

I'd been sinking steadily into debt for years and I just wasn't able to keep my head above water any longer. It wasn't really a life. It was just survival from month to month. StepChange did what I thought was impossible and allowed me to come up for the air I needed. They were understanding, yet professional. Saved my Life!

I came across Stepchange when I was at a very low point in my life, struggling with debts all over the place. They have been absolutely incredible from the moment I first contacted them to throughout the whole time of my DMP to which now I am seeing that light at the end of the tunnel. I was embarrassed about the situation I had gotten myself in to and it felt incredible and such a relief not to feel judged by someone for a change. I owe everything to stepchange, without sounding dramatic these people have saved me. I now am knowledgable about debt and will never ever go to that point again in my life but also with all their tips throughout I am now confident at controlling and budgeting my money. Stepchange deserve every single award out there 10x over for what they do. I am a little bit emotional now looking back and writing this, they are just amazing in every single way.
