It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Absolute game changer

Absolutely changed my life. I was struggling with debt, stressing out all the time, dreading the post coming and the phone ringing. Contacted StepChange, got a plan in place and they took over for me, contacted all my creditors and dealt with it all. Now when a letter comes I know it’s all in hand and I don’t need to worry about it. I have a clear end date of when I will be debt free.
