Vital first step

They were brilliant from the first contact. I was totally embarrassed at having to use them but they made me feel as if this was the first step to ending my debt. Less stress now.

My journey with Stepchange was fairly easy & i was able to speak with an advisor if I didnt understand anything. Im so glad I took the step to getting my financial affairs into perspective & not getting phone calls & letters from my debtors which was very worrying.
