They absolutely changed my life

Before I was told about step change or CCCS as it was, I was absolutely terrified of letters, phone calls or even a knock on the door. My neighbour told me about CCCS. They were absolutely brilliant, there was no judgement, just someone who was there to help. I cannot thank them enough,. Without sounding over dramatic, they do actually save lives. Getting Help when you Really need it ..

This was an immensely helpful set up when I first called StepChange. I didn’t know I could find a positive way out of debt, one that has ultimately helped me reconsider my relationship to money and fear, when through illness, I had no choice but to use credit. Glad we made the right decision to use StepChange

We have used StepChange's service for a few years now and have always found them to be very helpful. Life changing, lifted a lot of stress

I was directed to StepChange by a wellbeing team at work, the only regret I have is that I wish I'd have known about them sooner. They've been incredibly helpful, friendly and non judgemental. I don't know what I've have done without them. I've managed to reduce my debt being nearly £8k in 18 months and managed to reduce my spending and budget.
