It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Amazing relieved my anxiety after an especially had 4 years lady in the phone so helpful and kind. Can't fault their advice and things went so smoothly. I would recommend Step Change to anyone who is worried about debts or even just how to manage in coming bills its so helpful to have a listening ear who give practical advice I'm sleeping so much better without my money worries.
