It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Struggling to sleep with debt worry.

I was overwhelmed with the financial situation I found myself in with the stress causing broken nights sleep with worry, StepChange literally saved my life, they are absolutely amazing, when speaking on the phone they were professional, empathic, kind and helped me resolve my debt issues and finally get a good nights sleep, thank you is not enough. StepChange gave me clear and easy to understand advice. I found the website and online experience straight forward. You can speak to a debt advisor by phone if you wish. the Debt Management Plan they setup for me has taken a lot of worry and stress away. I also find the yearly reviews a great help aswell as being able to go on the website to look at my DMP at anytime for advice or to check my DMPstatements etc. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
