Stepchange is a life changing company

Stepchange were a life changing company in regards to financial help. I had a Director level position within a company that had a multi million pound turnover, I was also racing as a semi-proffetional triathlete. Due to over training and a huge work load I contracted meningitis and was left learning to read, write and function in society again. I suffered from post traumatic asperger's and lost control of my personal financial management by running up depts on my credit cards and overdraft facilities. I managed this for over 8 years but struggled. I eventually spoke with my wife about my issues and we contacted Stepchange who were very understanding, confidential, helpful and reduced my monthly payments of around £1000 to £200 via a depth management plan that all of my creditors were onborad with. I cannot recommend Stepchange enough and I am certain they can help you know matter your situation. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Receiving advice and support from StepChange has helped me to see a way forward. I have a very long road ahead to clear my debt but it is now affordable and o feel in control which has had such a positive effect on my mental health too. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was also able to do everything online but there is always someone to talk to and the helpline is excellent. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024

Excellent Service 5 star!

Stepchange helped me sort out all my debts into ome manageable payment and took out all the stress by contacting each of my creditors and arranging an affotlrdabke repayment plan. I really cannot thank you enough for all you have done for me. All your staff have been so supportive whenever ive called or emailed and been so kind non judgemental and helpfull. Simple, stress free financial help

I found myself in financial difficulty during & after Covid & was in a very bad place mentally. Step Change made the process of entering into a debt management plan very simple and stress free. By having the courage to reach out to Step Change it has enabled me to reduce my stress around my finances, which has helped me so much mentally. I could not recommend them highly enough. When I first contacted stepchange it was a very upse...

When I first contacted stepchange it was a very upsetting time. I wasn't made to feel bad or judged in any way. I will be debt free in under a year thanks to stepchange. Its easy to record expenditure on your yearly review, and there are always emails being sent containing advise. It's also great, because every penny you pay goes towards paying off your debts.
