Helpful, informative and friendly service

I was really nervous about reaching out and dealing with my debt but step change were really reassuring and helpful in getting me started as well as providing support when completing the forms. Over the phone and via emails they have always remained professional and helpful. Step Change, a painless debt management process

I was lumbered with a £25k personal debt when my business went bust 18 years ago. Step Change guided me through negotiating with creditors and planning the repayment process, making it a relatively painless process.
