StepChange are sympathetic to your needs

StepChange were very sympathetic to my needs and guided me constructively through the minefield that is debt management. They do exactly what they say they are going to do....they contacted my creditors, sent letters and spreadsheets of my current financial situation and also updated whrn creditors passed the debt to another company. All the creditors, when I have called them, confirmed a plan was in place with StepChange and that they were happy with the arrangement and, they too, were also sympathetic to my situation. Stepchange are amazing!

I am hugely impressed with Stepchange, how patient, kind, caring and supportive they have been. I couldn't face dealing with my debts for many months, buried my head in the sand. The phone was always answered promptly and there was no rush to explain anything, great advice re all aspects of completing the budget. I praise them to everyone I talk to about debts! A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. It's an embarrassing position to be in, you can feel ashamed too but not with Stepchange, they are understanding and sympathetic.
