I was at rock bottom, and the people at StepChange were fantastic. They were so patient, and knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would like to say thank you for the excellent support I received. Everything was very clear and helpful from the beginning. The staff member I spoke with was very kind, understanding, and patient. They explained everything carefully and made sure I understood all the information. Get the help

Approaching the service is scary and disclosing your situation is even harder with what seems like endless and impossible questions but with your debt situation established things do improve and ease.
