Lifechangers

Stepchange changed our lives. We had beeen struggling to pay things, always using cards as a top up, to pay for weekly shopping etc until things had to stop. Credit card bills spiralled and we simply were just paying interest. Things had to change and we contacted stepchange, the staff were very helpful, non judgemental and made us feel at ease. Honest, financial support you can trust

Excellent service

When all roads was closed Step Change stepped up

After losing my wife to Cancer leaving me with 3 young children, I had to give up on my business and employment to look after them relying on my savings and credit cards and then applying for Universal credit. I Got myself into serious debt, especially with energy suppliers, I couldn't see a way out until I spoke to Step Change, and they came up with a solution where all parties had to agree on a repayment plan, pay my creditors via Step Change and I can administer care to the children. Simply the Best!

When I was down Step Change came to my rescue and really stepped up to the plate. I found customer services friendly and did all they could do to help find a solution. They patiently talked me through everything I needed to do and between us they came up with a solution. As a result I feel like I am back in control of my finances.
