Dare to hope,!

I have been very ill with cancer. During my treatments I took my eye off the ball as the saying goes. Was too ill to deal with post and many many calls from people demanding money. I was becoming paranoid about the phone,the postman. Well debts don’t go away I didn’t know where or who to turn to, my life was such a mess, I was even contemplating ending it all. A friend came here and said why don’t we ring Stepchange the debt charity. I had nothing to lose but from that very first call, they made me feel like we can sort this out together and took me through every single step. Every person I spoke with was efficient,nothing was too much trouble, kind and compassionate. Made me feel like perhaps I could live a life. Am not the only person this happens to. Quite a bit of paperwork which I found daunting but even if I was stuck on silly questions I always got a real person to speak with. I can’t praise them high enough Reviewed on: 27th August 2024

Their customer service is second to none!

Always very professional over the phone and definitely show compassion to me on the occasions I’ve needed extra support. The wait times on the phone are also not as bad as I would expect. They have a way of reassuring you too, each customer service representative I’ve spoken to has helped alleviate my worries. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

..Excellent debt management company

Well from day one they have listened to me firstly , secondly they explained their options for me and gave me time to think it over . Once I gave them the route I would like to take they made sure it was what I wanted to do, then we got straight to it . Now I am ill I can't always spk properly or type so it's hard for me to do the reviews they have been so paitient and understanding with me .
