It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. StepChange A Saviour

Was over £16k in debt to credit cards. First debt co I tried were taking most of my payment as their fee! Step change do not charge or deduct whole payment gets passed on. With Step change I have had more than five years without hassle regarding my debts which was not the case before entering a plan with Step change. Reviewed on: 4th June 2025

Debt free in Jan 2027

I was very stressed with my money problem,I had many sleepless nights worrying how I’m going to pay my credit card bills when Covid struck in March 2020 my credit card company relax the payment date for six months giving me time to think how to get out off debt when I came across step change I made a call to them I spoken to one of their employees who made me feel I’m not alone I was going to one managerable payment every month until my debt is paid off I still got till jan 2027 till every penny I owed is paid back not long to go now I have never missed one payment I can’t wait till m debt free I will feel free and never ever will I get a credit card AGAIN.. The best team

Breathe of fresh air, very helpful staff.

Unexpected help and advice.

When I had nowhere to turn for advice and help, one of the companies I was dealing with suggested STEPCHANGE. I don’t think I would have coped without their help. I felt they chased the wolves from my door. There aren’t enough superlatives to say how wonderful they are.
