StepChange is an incredible organisation providing advice and support to anyone struggling with debt. Their help and support has been invaluable in navigating very challenging situations and acting on my behalf with my various creditors has given welcome relief to what would otherwise be an overwhelming situation to manage alone. It was so easy to set up my Debt Management Plan with StepChange; a really friendly and supportive agent helped me go through everything and once I had completed my budget, an affordable amount was decided upon. I can contact them if there are any changes to my creditors' details and I keep an up-to-date budget to make sure I'm paying what I can afford. I went back to studying this year and they've helped so much with the change in my lifestyle and budget.
