It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange made a stressful time easier to manage.

I cannot praise Stepchange too highly, from beginning to finding my debt solution they made everything straightforward and, in my eyes, simple. When I have needed to speak with anyone they have been most helpful and the call has been answered quickly. Stepchange made an extremely stressful and upsetting time a lot easier to manage. Definitely reccomend step change

Difficult to speak to a person but when I did they were absolutely brilliant! Not once did they make me feel like a criminal. They just helped me. I have been very ill and couldn’t meet my financial obligations but now I can get better without worrying. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
