Retaking control

You've come to the end of your tether, swamped by red letters and final notices. So phone StepChange - one of the best half hours of your life. They sort out what you spend on what, what you owe, what you can afford to pay back after allowances are made for the amount you need to live on. Then they sort out the repayments (through them) and companies listen to them whereas they wouldn't listen to you, because they have standing. And the best bit (apart from the relief of finally doing something positive about things) is that they're a charity and won't charge you a penny. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2017

Stepchange has genuinely changed our lives.

Stepchange has genuinely changed our lives. There help and support is amazing. We were lost financially and did not know which way to turn. We had no support from the job centre and no real guidance on how to gain a bit of control. The great people at Stepchange have helped to lift a heavy load from our shoulders and i cannot thank and reccommend enough.
