Zostalam wyrzucona z domu przez meza z dlugami w banku bo bralam na nasze potrzeby oboje z tego korzystalismy a ze kredyty byly na moim koncie to po roztaniu zostalam z tym sama. Prubowalam dwa razy z bankiem sie porozumiec zeby przedluzyli mi splate na mniejsze raty ale nie chcieli ze mna pojsc na ta pomoc i moja znajoma poradzila mi StepChange. Excellent support during difficult times

StepChange helped me when I felt overwhelmed with debt and stress. They explained everything clearly, helped me create a realistic payment plan, and contacted my creditors for me. Since starting my DMP, several companies have frozen interest and stopped charges, which gave me breathing space and peace of mind. StepChange has literally changed my life.

StepChange has literally changed my life. I have gone from being an emotional mess, stressed out to someone who can now pay of my debts in a manageable amount each month without fear. The only thing I think they can improve is by having a clearer portal that tells you if your debts have accepted your DMP as I still get the occasional letter that panics me but I feel more able to deal with it now Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
