Most understanding and non judgemental organisation you can find

At the times when we needed most, StepChange was there for us, not once but several times to understand and advice, not judge, give you a sense that you are not alone, although I haven’t met anyone or know anyone, it’s a very good feeling to know that you are speaking to someone who is empathetic and genuinely helpful not trying to take your money, I fact help you to deal with money difficulties. Helped me get my life back!

I was in a terrible place at Christmas two years ago... moved house doing it up and spent far too much but mostly on credit cards! I was a fool but with Step Change and one phone call it has brought a light at the end of a long long tunnel! Life changing

Prior to StepChange our life was a constant worry, then when bills weren’t getting paid and debt spiralling out of control we felt the only way was declaring bankruptcy and losing the house. Our financial advisor suggested SC. Since then we have our lives back, over half the debt has been repaid, all bills get paid on time, we can afford modest Holidays and most of all our family is happy. A lifesaving charity

Some years ago due to various circumstances my money problems became unmanageable.I approached Stepchange ( in it's previous incarnation) .They were non-judgemental and took a lot of time making sure that the right solution was put in place.Since then they have always been understanding when odd emergencies have occurred.I am now getting towards the end of debts and cannot praise them highly enough.
