Just Do It!

Excellent support and helped to reduce all anxiety around debt. They have helped organise payments and deal with several companies to manage the payments. I was super anxious about taking the first step to getting support but they took all the steps to help manage that via email. I didn’t even need to speak over the phone as it was all done online. StepChange was totally understanding and very helpful, and made what was a very difficult and stressfull time much easier to manage. They gave good advice and assistance to manage the problem. StepChange 5 star

StepChange Debt Charity is an excellent service to use if you know your debts are spiralling out of control, and the threatening letters and phone calls are starting to come thick and fast. Make that step and contact these people by phone or online and they will help you manage things. I mostly did things online but also spoke to advisors twice and they were spot on. No judging, just advice and help to get you out of that dark place you've found yourself in. I now have a Debt Management Plan in place (DMP) and am able to make payments to all my creditors that I can afford to. There is light at the end of the tunnel and the people at this debt charity will help you there.. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
