Disappointed in the communication skills

I have not been able to login to my account for several months now. The reason behind that was I had changed my mobile phone number. I have emailed on numerous occasions requesting for this matter to be resolved. Emails have been sent back to me on the next step and that it’s self is very useless I’m sorry to say.
