Customer service is a train wreck

Customer service are almost impossible to get hold of and due to a glitch when transferring to suits me they didn’t provide me the information to activate my account thus leaving me with no access to finances. I have never got through to customer service in under 90 minutes and have had several emails ignored. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
