extremely costly account in charges

transferred to them by my old account provider, promised to not charge any more than they did but they charge me out the wazoo for absolutely every single thing, cant even send money to people for their birthday without being charged 17/18 quid. double charged me this month for management fees too, after aquiring my account they threatened to close it if i didnt immediately send them a silly amount of identity documents, then when sent to them i never received a response or any sort of confirmation of my account being safe now. charged me in us dollars(fees) for purchasing something from a EU website... they're just awful if im honest.
