Worse bank provider should be shut down.

Worse banking provided I’ve been waiting over 72hours for customer service to respond. Suits me manipulate customer into giving good reviews by exploiting money to win which isn’t good as this bank shouldn’t be open. I’m currently opening an bank account with Lloyds Bank as they provide the most outstanding services to customers and they clarify everything unlike suits me , suits me had lied and said their bank cards will be able to be connected to Apple Pay which is a lie as every time I’ve tried to add my card, Apple Pay tells me my card doesn’t support” I would like for suits me not to win as they scam customers by not allowing customers to reverts bank to the normal subscription of not paying £5 a month, which gets taken randomly without warning! Switching accounts.

I was transferred from the banking app Engage. Which I set up years ago as it was the only bank who allowed me to open an account without photo ID, but accepted other documents. I was happy to pay the small weekly fee to use my account. And since being transferred over to Suits me I'm still happy to pay the small fee to use my new account. I love the app. Easy and simple to use. Any issues just email or call customer support. Always a great help. Reviewed on: 15th March 2025

Best Account I've ever had!!

I've had my Suitsme account for about a month now and thanks to Suitsme i'm able to send and receive payments. It's so quick and easy to set up an account it guides you through each step making it easy for anyone and everyone to set up an account. It's such a relief to know that I can pay all of my bills on time and with ease, managing my payments is now stress free.
