After speaking to customer services regarding an issue I had with setting up my access via the app and realising my mistake made when registering, the team were amazing at rectifying my mistakes and got me sorted quickly without any stress whatsoever. Not had a good experience so far

Not had a good experience so far. It’s almost impossible to get in contact via telephone and live chat. The waiting times are ridiculous. In fact, I think I’ve only been able to speak to somebody via phone or live chat only once. I’ve had to either put the phone down or disconnect the live chat because I’ve been in a queue for over an hour and still have not made contact with an agent. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
