Brilliant easy to use bank! When I have had an issue they have got back to me very quickly. I would love it if the refer a friend was more streamlined. It's a faf with emailing but otherwise brilliant bank that I have referred to several friends. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

People dont bank here because they want to more because they have little or no other choice. They charge lots for things and are very slow when things go wrong. Forget getting through on the phone average wait time even when they first open is over an hour hold time! Thats not customer service Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
