Easy application process and really quick. I've had issues with my credit history so I've struggled to get a bank account other places. Suits Me does everything I need it to and the app is really easy to use. The customer service people are really friendly and helped me when I had a payment that I didn't recognise. YOU CAN WAIT UP TO 2 hours just to speak to customer advisor. ! Please avoid this bank at all cost, also after paying for £19 a month as a premium member, they will take 99p on every transaction you make. Customer service MAYA is very rude and even shout at you.
