The app is very easy to use. Easy to make transactions in and out. Card arrived quickly. There is a fee for transactions but this isn't hidden. Excellent Communication in the form of emails when there are any changes happening with my account. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Good customer service experience

As my experience with suits me when I’m facing any kind of problems through account issues or any other problems my transaction which I got solution within short time by their amazing customer service. Besides that I have been faced some barriers through login or password issues where it has been resolved very nicely through customer service as I’m happy to use this banking over long period of time.
