Safeguarding review is Terrible

I’m really annoyed that you’ve done a safeguarding review I get you have to do it but you’re asking for something that isn’t possible to get! You’ve froze my account since Friday and i get paid today and Friday and you’ve cancelled both payments! You won’t give me access to my money in my account! Customer service is terrible just get fobbed off and emailing takes forever even then you do not listen. Apart from that the account is pretty good so please sort your act out and unfreeze my account. Thanks. Reviewed on: 14th March 2023
