Terrible terrible terrible online banking suits me

I would advise everybody that is reading my review to sign up to revolut because it's way better and much easier to use and then charge you as much as suitsme does with these ridiculous prices. Suitsme staff are racist they target black people by their names and Muslim people as well .therefore I would advise you guys to sign up to revolut bank Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

The worst

The wort “bank” ever. They charge for every little thing. You have to pay to set up and direct debt and standing order then they charge you a fee every time that DD or SS is used. You also have ti pay to withdraw money from the atm and get charged 20p whenever your card is declined. I freeze my card for security purposes when not used but if a payment is attempted they still charge you 20p each time. Disgusting customer service with absolutely zero knowledge of anything. Speak to people like absolute crap and penalise those with a poor credit rating. Refuse to even attempt at resolving complaints and take weeks to respond even if you do have a complaint.
