My experience hasn't been fantastic if I am totally honest with you, being charged for using the account isn't something I am used to, especially with other accounts such as Revolute, wise not doing the same., so I am still not convince yet , except if this voting can prove something different about the organisation. I have had money problems trying to get my money that umi couldn't get from the ATM I was still charged. They charged me £61.75 for me attempting to get £60. I phoned you and I was told a dispute would be raised. I have not been able to get in touch with you as the phonel line keeps going dead. I was told that you would call me. In over a week nobody has called me. I get charged for everything I do also. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
