Very happy with the bank only fault would be the fees but other than that

Very good would recommend my experience overall has been good only fault would be the fees like 20p fee if your card declines I can understand the sending fees to some extent but would prefer a 30/40p fee as 60p is quite hefty. I been with other banks and had problems and I never had a problem since I been with suits me and they are a good bank and you can contact them and they will reply the same day where as most banks don't. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022
