I rang 10 mins before closing time and I got the insurance all done a dusted it was 5 25 when the phone was put down so the representative stayed to get me sorted ✅ that is very good other call centres don’t answer 5 10 mins before the shift becouse they want to go home at 5 pm you just be on hold for 10 mins then it says call centre shut Reviewed on: 7th September 2023

Having purchased a brand new expensive road bike I was offered 30 days inclusive free insurance. It made sense to me to engage and continue the cover.. it was flawless, questions answered quickly with no waffle. No brainer and cost effective. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

Helpful and friendly from start to finish

Had a phone call with Christian who helped set up my policy. Made the process very simple and provided me with a range of options which could be added to my policy and explained everything very thoroughly.
