Helpful and friendly from start to finish

Had a phone call with Christian who helped set up my policy. Made the process very simple and provided me with a range of options which could be added to my policy and explained everything very thoroughly. I was made aware of the insurance from the bike shop I bought my new bike, looked in to it, and decided it was for me, was quick, easy and the price was very competitive, so much that I recommended it to my son ,who also took out a policy. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

I have not had to make a claim as yet, but what I do know is that when i tell people about the competitive cover rates, it was the difference between having and electric bike or not. Even the bike shop was surprised. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023
